Leonard Joseph Zeman, Sr., age 71, of Kinta, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at his residence.

Leonard was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on March 3, 1947, a son of the late Mary (Korinek) and Adolph Zeman.

Leonard worked for the Good Year Tire & Rubber Co for 30+ years.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Wilburton, Oklahoma. He was also a member and chaplain of the Bennett, Nebraska American Legion Post #80. A member for 20 years of the Knights of Columbus. Member of Bennett, Nebraska fire department and grounds keeper for ball diamond at Bennett, Nebraska.

Leonard served in the U.S. Navy.

He was the husband of Lonna Ann (Dotson) Zeman. On April 4, 1970, they were married at Clinton, Connecticut.

Leonard is survived by:

Wife: Lonna Ann Zeman, of the home.

Daughter/Son-In-Law: Lisa & Keith Whisenhunt, of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Sons/Daughters-In-Law: Leonard & Kerri Zeman II, of Adams, Nebraska; Lee & Melaney Zeman, of Portland, Oregon.

Sister: Mary Ann Zach, of Wilbur, Nebraska.

Several Nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister, Veronica Zeman.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Wilburton, Oklahoma, at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 with Father Khiet Nguyen officiating.

Michael "Rooster" Dewayne Royer, age 61, of Wilburton, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 at his residence.

Rooster was born in McAlester, Oklahoma on August 19, 1957, a son of the late Minnie Jane (Ezell) and Lewis Royer.

Rooster worked in the oil field. He attended the Grace Country Cowboy Church, of Wilburton, Oklahoma. Rooster was a strong supporter of both the Eastern Oklahoma State College athletics and the Wilburton Public School athletics.

Memorial Service at Wilburton High School Auditorium, Wilburton, Oklahoma, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 23, 2018 with Rev. Clint Cannon and Bain Durant officiating. Burial at the Wilburton Memorial Gardens Cemetery, of Wilburton, Oklahoma will be at a later date.

Mary was born in Gulfport, Mississippi on June 10, 1956, a daughter of the late Elouise (LaFointaine) and Francis Beasley.

She worked as a certified nurses aid and attended the Assembly of God Church.

She was the wife of Kenneth Denham. In May of 1975, they were married at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Daughters: Kendra Denham, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Shannon Denham, of Little Axe, Oklahoma;

Dolores was born in McAlester, Oklahoma on December 11, 1947, a daughter of the late Lillian (Griffin) and Joe Milino.

Dolores was a homemaker. She liked to scrapbook with pictures, work with flowers in the garden, and loved cooking for the family.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, of Wilburton, Oklahoma for most of her life.

She was the wife of Michael Walker. On May 20, 1967, Michael & Dolores were married at First Baptist Church of Wilburton.

She was employed as a sales manager at Sears in McAlester for 30 years.

Cecil served in the Army National Guard and was a member of the American Legion.
