In Memory Of Jimmie Clyde Cole

Jimmie Clyde Cole, age 72, of Wilburton, OK, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019 at his residence.

Jimmie was born in McAlester, Oklahoma on October 16, 1946, a son of the late Ellen (McClain) and Fate Cole.

He worked as a machinist. Jimmie also served in the National Guard.

He was the husband of Janice (Mote) Cole. On November 22, 1968, they were married at Hartshorne, Oklahoma.

Jimmie is survived by:

Wife: Janice Cole, of the home.

Daughter: Joan Cooper, of McAlester, Oklahoma.

Son/Daughter-In-Law: Clay & Iris Cole, of Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Sisters/Brothers-In-Law: Debra Redmon, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Francie & James Greathouse, of McAlester, Oklahoma; Diane & Harley Shelton, of Ethridge, TN.

Brothers/Sister-In-Law: Allan & Shirley Cole, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Joe Younger, of McAlester, Oklahoma.

He is also survived by Grandchildren: Clay Cooper II, Chad Cole, Dakota Cooper, Rebecca Krause, Breauna Cole, Great Grandchild: Carter Ellis Lee Cooper.

Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Vern Younger.

Service at The Bob Waldrop Memorial Chapel, Wilburton, Oklahoma, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019 with Rev. Randy Waldrop officiating. Interment to follow at the Damon Valley Cemetery, Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers: Nicky Shrum, Randy Alberson, Wesley Alberson, Bryan Cole, Willie Prock, Tracy Stoneburner.

Honorary Pallbearers: Grandchildren: Clay Cooper II, Chad Cole, Dakota Cooper, Rebecca Krause, Breauna Cole.
