In Loving Memory of Rebecca Sue Green. Rebecca Sue Green was born on July 12, 1965, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Valentino Emberty and Maggie Evelyn (Wood) Emberty. She passed away on February 6, 2026, in Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Rebecca was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and a dear friend to many. She had a remarkable ability to make the best of every situation and truly treasured time spent with her family and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, George McMillen; and her grandparents. Rebecca is survived by her husband, David Green, of the home; her son, Matthew Blake Green of Artesia, New Mexico; her daughter, Tiffany Houston of Clayton, Oklahoma; her brothers, Rodney Emberty of Wilburton, Oklahoma, and Danny Emberty of Haileyville, Oklahoma; and her sister, Mary Burt of Wilburton, Oklahoma. She is also survived by four grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Waldrop Funeral Home.

A chapel service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Waldrop Funeral Home in Wilburton, Oklahoma, with Rev. Willard Frances and Bain Durant officiating.
